For children starting Reception on 5th September 2024, applications must be submitted via Warwickshire Admissions following the timetable below:

Apply for ‘In-Year’ places – Reception to Year 6
If your child has already started school and wishes to move to St. Gabriel’s, you must apply for an in-year place. St. Gabriel’s manages their own in-year admissions and whilst all of our year groups are full, we do hold waiting lists for pupils seeking entry.
We are opening a second Year 6 class in September 2024 to make us two-formed throughout the school. The deadline to apply for a Year 6 or Year 3 place starting in September 2024 is Friday 24th May. Offers will be made week beginning 3rd June.
Please use the application form below to apply directly to the school and all completed forms need to be sent to office@stgabrielscofeacademy.org with evidence of your address.

- Complete the form and return it office@stgabrielscofeacademy.org along with proof of address
- As proof of address, upload a copy of one of:
- Council Tax bill for the current financial year
- utilities bill within the last three months
- car insurance policy
- home insurance policy
- signed and dated tenancy agreement
- latest mortgage statement
- You will receive an acknowledgement email within 2 working days.
- If we are unable to offer your child a place, you will receive a letter with advice on next steps.
- If we are able to offer your child a place, you will be invited in for a school tour.
